Manju starring Upendra and Soundarya Jayamala (daughter of Dr.Jayamala) is the heroine of God Father. in the lead roles, Sadha and Catherine Tresa also are playing the prominent roles.
Godfather film music compose for Indian film composer, record producer, musician, singer and philanthropist A.R. Rahman and first time A R Rahman is composing music for a Kannada movie. Rahman is giving six new tunes for the movie without getting inspired by his previous compositions. Godfather Kannada movie 2011 is a remake of the 2007 Tamil hit movie Varalaru starred by Ajith Kumar, Asin, and Kanika Subramaniam in the lead roles. Godfather movie takes off with Upendra who is a millionaire father of two sons. He is confined to wheelchair due to an accident, in which his wife Soundarya had died. He dotes on his son, who is suave and urbane and leads a carefree life. the son goes to Thottapuram, and he meets Sada who is a college student and instantly falls in love with her. The narration reveals , the son who Shivashankar distanced with, has impersonated like Vishnu to revenge his father. The rest of the film is all about why Jeeva has the vindictive feels over his father. |
